These terms apply when you use the KTV website, Parent & Carer Portal and online registration services. By using them, you agree to use them lawfully and provide information honestly.

Program information
KTV aims to keep program descriptions, dates, locations, availability and other website information accurate. Programs may change or be cancelled because of staffing, weather, safety, venue availability or other circumstances. KTV will contact affected families when practical.
Registrations
Submitting a registration or preference is a request for a place, not a confirmed booking. KTV reviews availability, eligibility, consent and support needs before confirming participation. Please do not attend until KTV has confirmed the place or invited you to do so.
Information you provide
You must provide information that is accurate, current and complete, including relevant medical, support, emergency contact and collection details. Tell KTV promptly if anything changes in a way that could affect a child’s safety or participation. Do not submit information about a child unless you are authorised to do so.
Portal and sign-in links
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and KTV sign-in links secure. Do not forward a sign-in link or allow another person to use your portal session. Tell KTV promptly if you believe someone has accessed your family information without permission.
Participation and safety
Families and participants must follow reasonable safety instructions, program rules, venue requirements and KTV staff directions. KTV may pause or end participation where reasonably necessary to protect a child, other participants, staff or the community. Emergency and medical decisions will be guided by the information and consent provided, the circumstances and applicable duties of care.
Photos and communications
KTV will use photos or recordings of a child only in line with the consent provided. You can contact KTV to change future photo consent. Optional program updates can be stopped at any time through the Contact page.
Acceptable website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to access another family’s information, interfere with security, upload harmful material, submit false registrations or use website content in an unlawful or misleading way.
Content and other websites
Unless stated otherwise, KTV owns or is authorised to use the website’s text, branding, photographs and other content. You may view or print information for personal, family or school use but must not republish it commercially without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Responsibility and legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, KTV is not responsible for loss caused by unauthorised account access, inaccurate information supplied by a user or reliance on third-party websites.
Changes and governing law
KTV may update these terms when the website, programs or legal requirements change. The current version and last updated date will appear here. These terms are governed by the laws applying in Tasmania, Australia.
